January was a very long and intense month for our team in Brazil, which was responsible to organize the annual recruitment training in Santos, São Paulo.
However, all the effort needed was worth it, our sellers' team grew with new highly qualified members, ready to embark on this new journey onboard MSC Cruises ships, thus more, representing our luxury skincare cosmetics brand, Individuel Genève.
The Espit Group Recruitment Training was led by our Operations Maganer, Guy Wassermann, that performed with excellence, adding a large diversity of knowledge around the sales universe, such as approach, negotiation, exclusive and unique costumers experience, body language, and sharing all the incredible self-knowledge that he acquired in the last 9 years, where he been drowned on the retailing business in cruise ships, that provided him remarkable acquirements, plus, 80 countries and counting.
We want to thank all the candidates that joined us and participate in our event, all of you were responsible for the dynamics' successful outcome.
