Our recruitment is only and exclusively hiring for the SHOP SELLER POSITION, which will represent our luxury skincare cosmetics brand onboard, therefore we do not have any other positions on cruise ships.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:

• Your job will consist of selling and representing a luxury skincare cosmetics brand. As a member of the Espit Group family, your primary responsibility will be to showcase and sell our premium products to the selective customers onboard MSC Cruise Ships where we have shops. By demonstrating our exceptional skincare solutions and understanding the unique needs of each customer, you will ensure they receive personalized recommendations and exceptional service;

• We provide attractive contracts for those eager to embark on this journey with us, covering accommodation and food expenses while onboard;

​

• Your remuneration will be in USD dollars, entirely commission-based and calculated daily based on your sales. Here's the exciting part: there are no limits to your earning potential! The more you sell, the higher your commission;

• Additionally, we offer comprehensive training day before your embarkation and after you get onboard, a daily guidance from professional experts dispatched onboard to support your success and professional growth. IDEAL CANDIDATE:

​

•  We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. Previous sales experience isn't mandatory. What's essential is a willingness to learn quickly about our products and sales strategies to achieve success;

 

• The recommended age is 21 to 45 years old;

 

• Can commit to being onboard for 6-8 consecutive months on cruise ships;

 

• Fluency in English is MANDATORY; knowledge of other languages is a plus and will be valued.
